Custom-built before your coffee's cold.
Point us at the prospect. By the time you're back at your desk, the deck speaks their language, and you never opened PowerPoint to make it happen.
None of this is selling
It's quarter to eleven and you're nudging a text box with the arrow keys. The chart you pasted arrived with its own fonts, its own colors, and a white box that will not go away. Two headings are Calibri, one is Arial, and you can't work out which is wrong.
Plenty of reps are good at their job and have no interest in becoming competent at this. They didn't take a sales role to develop opinions about alignment guides. The wish underneath the late night is simple, and reps say it out loud: this should be someone else's job.
In a big enough company, it is. Enterprise reps working championship deals have a marketing team and a sales engineer, and the deck arrives finished. Everyone below that line does it themselves, at night, with the tool they like least. We take the job.
Personalized before you share your screen
The call is booked, the prospect is dialing in, and the deck is still the generic one. The title slide has last week's company on it. There is no version of the next two minutes in which you rebuild a deck by hand.
The old play is to present it and manage: open with a longer discovery section, talk fast over slide six, hope nobody reads the case study closely. The deal doesn't visibly die on the call. It gets a little colder, and the loss shows up six weeks later attributed to price.
The new play: paste the URL, shift it, and the personalized version is ready before you share your screen. Research done, the prospect's business on the page, the talk track in the notes if you want a glance while the small talk runs. The deck stops being the thing you're hiding and becomes the thing carrying you.
Built, on brand, and still yours to edit
Your brand, kept
We read your seed deck's fonts, colors, and layout and keep them. Nothing comes back off-brand in three places.
Edits that don't break it
Change a line and it lands inside the structure. DeckZipper merges your slides with the personalized ones, so your hand edits survive.
A file you can send
PPTX out, speaker notes included. You present it anywhere, with nothing to install and no new tool for the buyer.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a shift actually take?
Minutes, not hours, and we'd rather quote the honest number than a stopwatch fantasy: a full shift with research and fact-checking typically lands in five to ten minutes, and lighter runs are faster. Start it, pour the coffee, come back to a finished deck.
Do I ever have to open PowerPoint?
Not to build the deck. You hand over the prospect, a URL or a description or a call transcript, and the personalized deck comes back finished: your brand, your fonts, your layouts. When you want it as a file, we export a PPTX with the speaker notes included.
What if I want to change what came back?
Edit it. Changes land inside the structure instead of breaking it, and DeckZipper merges your own slides with the personalized ones so scaling up never means losing the edits you made by hand.
What do I actually have to provide?
The seed deck once, and then per deal: a company URL, a free-text description, or a discovery-call transcript. If your team runs HubSpot, we can read the account context you already keep there.
