Pricing questions
Is my deck used to train AI models?
Your decks are never used to train third-party foundation models, and our AI providers are contractually barred from training on your content. We improve our own engine using de-identified, aggregated content only, with names, logos, and deal figures stripped first, and you can opt out in account settings. Full details on the security page.
What do you do with my data?
DeckShift stores your seed deck, the prospect inputs you provide, and the decks we generate for you, so your library and your outcomes history work. Data is not sold and is deletable on request. Details live in the privacy policy.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Not for your first deck: the first quick shift runs on nothing but an email. The 14-day trial itself takes a card on file. We email you two days before the trial ends, cancelling is one click, and if you cancel you keep the free plan and are never charged. We'd rather say that plainly than pretend the card isn't there.
What's the difference between a quick shift and a full shift?
A quick shift repositions your deck for a prospect fast: personalization without research calls. A full shift is the whole engine, with automated research, claim-by-claim verification, confidence scoring, and speaker notes. Quick shifts build the habit; full shifts are what you take into the room. The trial runs on quick shifts, with one watermarked full-shift preview so you can see what proof looks like.
What's a token?
The one meter behind every plan. A quick shift is 10 tokens, a full shift is 50, and premium actions like deep research are surcharges on the same meter, never a second currency. You don't have to think in tokens: every plan states its allowance in shifts, and the token number is just the exchange rate that makes pooling and top-ups work.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. During the trial, cancelling means you're simply never charged. Month-to-month plans cancel from the account page and run out the paid month. Annual plans run to the end of the term. There are no cancellation calls and no retention scripts.
Why is Insight so much more than Team?
Insight is a monthly intelligence engagement that happens to include a company-sized pool of generation. A founder-level analyst reads your deck-to-outcome data and writes you a monthly report with recommendations. Team is software for team consistency. Different product, different price.
